OUR GROOMING SERVICES

 
Heavenly Hounds’ grooming charges start at €45.00 and go up according to breed, size, coat condition and the amount of work necessary to produce a well-groomed hound. 

Your dog's grooming session will include the following

• An initial consultation to record necessary information about your dog’s health, temperament and owner’s contact details.  Please tell us anything you may think is important to your dog’s well being. At this point we will discuss your styling preferences.   
  
• Coat and skin assessment and general check-over 

• Ear care

• Eye care

• Nail care

• Hygiene care, including anal glands

• Brushing out and removal of dead hair

• Shampooing and conditioning with professional products specifically chosen for your dog’s coat and skin type. 

• Blow drying. 

• Styling using clipper and scissoring techniques to achieve breed standard or customer requested style. 

• Canine cologne.  
  

Additional charges will be made for handstripping, de-matting, aggressive/extra difficult or extremely nervous dogs as grooming will take far longer than normal
